Party Terms & Conditions
Booking
Please download the AVA Fitness App, create an account and add a valid credit card to your profile. Once you have done this, please email us at info@avafitness.ca to let us know the details of your event (date, time, number of guests etc) and we will process payment for you and get you booked in!
Rescheduling
In the event you need to reschedule your party, you must notify the studio in writing at info@avafitness.ca no later than 5 days before your scheduled event and we will be happy to reschedule for you. Any parties that need to be rescheduled must be held within 6 months of the original date. We do not offer any refunds.
Cancelling
In the event you need to cancel your party, you must notify the studio in writing at info@avafitness.ca no later than 14 days before your scheduled event and a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee will be processed back on to your credit card. Cancellations made less than 14 days before your scheduled party date will not be refunded but can be rescheduled.
