We offer comprehensive Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced Level Technical Classes. All of our pole instructors are have gone through our 36 hour certification course, are insured and have been trained by world class pole athletes.

POLE LEVELS GUIDE

Each level has 3 sub-levels. Beginner Levels 1-3, Intermediate Levels 1-3 and Advanced Levels 1-3.

Each sub-level is taught over 8 classes. 

Example: If Intermediate Level 1 Class 1 is taught on Tuesday at 6pm, the following Tuesday at 6pm will also be Class 1. Class 2, 3 and 4 of that same level all follow suit the following weeks.

  • New to Pole? This level is a great introduction to the world of pole dance. We cover all your foundation level spins & twirls, body waves and head whips! We don’t have start dates for this level so you can start any day we offer this class.

  • Now you have the basics down and it’s time to build up strength by learning how to climb, sit & twirl down off the pole, as well as some more advanced spins and harder exotic type skills like the reverse/shoulder body wave!

  • You have all the basic skills in your bowl of tricks now so you’ll work on perfecting advanced spins and will be introduced to the world of lay backs, jasmine, choppers and basic inversions.

  • Inside and outside leg hangs, cross ankle release, cupid, sexy flexy, straight leg inverts and more. You will also be introduced to the wonderful world of Shoulder Mounts!

  • In Intermediate Level 2 you will be challenged to stay up the pole and hold your poses longer. You will also learn more advanced inverted tricks such as butterfly, superman, duchess, welsh dragon, bow and arrow and more. By the end of this level you will be able to perform smooth aerial transitions.

  • This is where you start to really focus on strength and stamina when performing combos and tricks. You’ll learn new skills like Ayesha (using a variety of hand grips), Allegra, Ballerina, Jade Split, Upright Static Rotations, Monkey Climbs and more.

  • Time to get serious! Handsprings, Pegasus, Broken Doll, Aerial Shoulder Mounts, Janerio and more!

  • Time to get twisty and tricky! Twisted Sister, Dragon’s Tail, Meat Hook, Cane combo, J’allegra and many more plus more beautiful aerial combinations.

  • The super hard pro level stuff! Bird of Paradise, Aerial Hand Springs, Russian Split, Aerial Brass Monkey, crazy combos and more!
