At AVA (that’s “Ava,” short for Aerial Vertical Arts), we believe movement should feel empowering, creative, progressive and fun. Whether you’re here to build strength, boost confidence, or just try something totally new, we’ve got a class (and a community) waiting for you.
We offer a mix of pole fitness, pole dance, and aerial arts classes - plus cross-training favorites like flexibility for dancers, on-and-off pole conditioning, fun fitness classes, and our ever-popular heels dance classes.

Enjoy up to any 5 classes over 21 days - perfect if you want to test-drive our studio before jumping into a membership.
Since this option is for experienced students, we’ll connect before your first class to do a quick skills assessment and make sure you’re placed in the right level.
NOTE **Clients who purchase the New Member Package will not be able to purchase the two week trial pass and vice versa**
