At AVA (short for Aerial Vertical Arts), we believe workouts should be fun, movement should feel empowering, inspiring and progressive. Whether you’re stepping into your very first class, looking to build strength and confidence, reconnect with yourself, or simply try something new, there’s a place for you here.
Our studio offers a wide variety of Pole and Aerial Arts classes alongside supportive Dance Fitness and cross-training classes designed for all levels. These include flexibility and mobility classes, core and conditioning classes, heels dance classes, and other movement-focused fitness classes that help support your strength, confidence, and overall movement practice.
No matter your experience level, our goal is to help you feel strong, supported, comfortable, and excited to move.

One purchase per person. New clients only. Valid for 14 days from your first class
Please note: Due to the limited-time nature of this offer, passes cannot be paused, extended, transferred, or refunded. Clients who purchase the 2 Week Trial are not eligible for the First Visit Pass and vice versa.

Booking a Class / Class Reservations
Everyone must register for class in advance through the AVA Fitness app. We have limited space in each class and we don’t want to turn anyone away.
Waitlist Reservations
If you are on the wait-list, assume you are in the class! Once you get bumped into a class, our system will notify you via push notification or email (please make sure you have your app notifications turned ON). If you get moved from the wait-list into the class and can no longer make it, you will be given a 4 hour grace period to “early cancel” without penalty.
Class Cancellations & No Show Penalties - this policy is specific for 2 week trial holders only
We have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations made within 12 hours of a scheduled class will result in a $15.00 fee being charged to your card on file. If you fail to show up for a scheduled class and don’t cancel in advance, a $25.00 no-show penalty will be charged to your card on file. We are not unreasonable and we understand things happen; if you have an emergency that prohibits you from attending your class, please email us at hello@avafitness.ca to discuss your options.
Late Policy - this policy is specific for 2 week trial holders only
We have a 5 minute late policy. Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter class due to missing the warmup (this is for your safety) and will be considered a “ late cancel” and you will be charged a $15.00 late cancel fee. If something happens which prohibits you from getting to your class on time, please call us at 604-544-7166 or email us at hello@avafitness.ca to discuss your options.
