GET STRONG. We believe that off pole training and conditioning is just as important as on pole. Get your cardio and build extra strength in any of the following classes:

Core Restore classes are offered on Mondays and Wednesdays. Mobility & Flow which focuses on gaining strength and mobility is offered on Fridays. We also offer Pole Conditioning Clinics every Saturday.
